Charles Medina is a member of the New York Bar and the Philippine Bar. He is also admitted to practice in Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has extensive experience in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. His experience covers both immigration benefits and reliefs from removal. He is well-versed in most nonimmigrant visa categories and most immigrant visa categories, especially employment-based, employment-creation and family-based categories, as well as all related issues. He handles inadmissibility and deportability issues, especially crimes, fraud and other immigration violations. He also handles post-judgment remedies such as appeals and motions to reopen.

Mr. Medina holds a Master of Laws Degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from San Sebastian College in Manila, Philippines. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines in Quezon City, Philippines..

Prior to working in the area of Immigration Law, Mr. Medina served as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He later served as a Court Attorney at the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. He also served as a Staff Member of various Congressmen at the Philippine House of Representatives.
